Our pocket watches, fob watches and accessories (chain, case, etc.) are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt of the order.

What's covered by the warranty:

• All material and manufacturing defects. Specifically, the watch movement, hands, and dial are covered during this period. If any defects in material or workmanship are found under normal usage conditions, the watch will be replaced at no cost.

What's not covered by the warranty:

• Defects or damages caused by accidents, mishandling, or abuse (e.g., shocks, impacts, crushing, etc.).

• Normal wear and tear or natural aging of components.

• Abnormal usage or failure to maintain the watch regularly.

• Defects resulting from exposure to magnetic fields or specific climatic conditions.

• Moisture infiltration into the case and resulting oxidation.

• Replacement of used batteries for quartz watches.
